SHIPPING POLICY

We process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days across India. Free shipping is applicable on all orders over ₹1999. A flat shipping fee of ₹80 applies to orders below this amount.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing us at hey@slaystudio.co.in. Once the order has been dispatched or processed, cancellations are no longer accepted.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our collections, Slay Studio follows a strict NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES, AND NO REFUNDS policy. All sales are final. 

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception. In the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or completely wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hey@slaystudio.co.in with unboxing video/photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
